Dual Academy Campus is a Washington, DC private high school on NewU University‘s campus. Most students spend four years in high school, then four more years in college. Eight years before a bachelor’s degree. Dual Academy Campus changes that.
For 11th and 12th grade, your student attends all classes on campus in Washington, DC. Five of their classes each semester are college classes, taken alongside college students in the same seats, with the same professors. By age 18, they have a high school diploma, 80 college credits, and a community they built on campus.
Every college credit at Dual Academy is earned from NewU University, accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).
Your student sits in the same classrooms as college students. Not a separate high school wing. Full access to career guidance, study spaces, clubs, and campus events. Dupont Circle, one of DC’s most walkable neighborhoods, two blocks from the Metro.
80 college credits by graduation. That’s nearly three years of college, done by age 18. After high school, your student can transfer those credits and finish their bachelor’s faster somewhere else, or stay one more year at NewU University and walk away with a full bachelor’s degree by age 19.
The shortest, most affordable path to a college degree. All of it on a university campus.
